Garden Grove, CA - Advance Beauty College President, Dr. Tam Nguyen, was interviewed for a segment on "How the Vietnamese Became Salon Giants." Dr. Nguyen commented on how the opportunities that actress Tippi Hedren helped to provide Vietnamese immigrants in 1975 paved the way for the Vietnamese nail industry today.
